Private Bedroom:

This is a HUGE bedroom with an entrance immediately after entering the front door, which adds to its privacy. The bedroom features a very nice heated, private full-bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is also a private kitchenette in the room with a full-size fridge, sink, and outlets for small appliances.

Shared space:

Tenant/Roommate will have access to a full kitchen and a laundry room.

Owners:

A lovely couple with 2 well-behaved teenage sons and a very well-behaved dog. There is a dog gate at the house, so you could enter the house and your room without ever interacting with the dog if that is your preference.

Utilities:

Roommate pays $100/month, on top of the rent, towards utilities. Utilities included are water, sewer, gas, electric, high-speed internet, yard maintenance, trash, etc.

Virtual Tour:

Application:
