Training Environments

Safety Training

Safety Step 1 – Training: Create an environment with purposefully placed safety hazards. Use tags to identify those hazards as the trainee is walking through the environment. Highlight the cost of the OSHA violation, repercussion for failing to identify the hazards, and corrective actions to prevent such a hazard.

Safety Step 2 – Testing: Create a similar environment to step 1, but this time do not identify the hazards. Test the trainees knowledge by having them identify the hazards themselve.

Safety Step 3 – Results: Track your safety metrics and watch the first aid visits, recordables, etc decline!

Remodeling Training

Let a real estate trainee virtually walk through a “before repair model” of the previously remodeled house. Let them take a crack at determining repair costs, project duration, and material needs. Then let them walk through the “after repair model” of the same house. The trainee can learn a lot from a real life lesson such as this one without losing a dime!

Retail Training

Use the 3D model to map out the supermarket or a retail outlet. Use the tour as a to demonstrate an ideal store layout. Trainee will understand how to display the products and how a customer navigates through the shop.

New Employee Orientation Training

Do you have a large facility, where it is time consuming to show each trainee the facility? With a 3D model you can present the layout, tag the important departments, and let the trainee use this model on their own time when they get home. This innovative tool will help new employees get familiarized with the facility layout in record time!
